Neil Wachs, along with partners Clint Kostesky and Cole Sartor co-founded Greenbelt Property Management Ltd. in 2024.  

Neil graduated from Brock University, with a B.A. in Sociology. Once completing the required management courses through Niagara/Humber college, in 2016 Neil became an Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager. He's been working as a Condominium Manager ever since.

Every Condominium expects and deserves a high-quality service from their management company. He co-founded Greenbelt in order to exceed their customers' expectations, by enacting the company’s vision of managing smaller, more manageable portfolios. 

With more time for each of his properties, he can provide quicker response times to inquiries, more personal attention for both Owners and Board Members, and better supervision of Contractors and service providers . 

He prides himself on his dedication to his clients, his company, and most importantly, to his family; his wife Alexandra, and son, Carter.
